The Jiffy Air Tool 27830 Cordless Installation & Removal Tool is engineered for the efficient installation and removal of Hi-Lok, Hi-Lite, and Eddie Bolt® style fasteners in aerospace manufacturing and MRO environments. Delivering up to 225 in-lbs of torque, the 20V cordless platform provides exceptional productivity with up to 2,100 fastening cycles per battery charge. Compatible with all Jiffy JMI modular attachments, the 27830 offers the flexibility to match a wide range of aerospace fastening applications.
Product Details
The Jiffy Air Tool 27830 Cordless Hi-Lok/Lite installation tool delivers 225 in-lbs of maximum torque. Testing shows that with a fully charged battery, this tool is capable of tightening 2100 bolts (cycles). We define a cycle as fastening and removing six fasteners to maximum torque, which counts as one cycle. The tool is then left idle for one minute before repeating the process until the battery is consumed. These tools accept all Jiffy JMI attachments (check applicable torque range).
