Jiffy has developed 20V cordless tools for installing and removing frangible collar fasteners, including Eddie Bolt® style fasteners. These units are brushless and spark-free, all based on the Modular Jiffy Installation system, allowing ultimate flexibility in matching the accessories to the application.
Product Details
The 27860 model delivers 600 in-lbs of maximum torque. Testing shows that with a fully charged battery, this tool is capable of tightening 2100 bolts (cycles). We define a cycle as fastening and removing six fasteners to maximum torque, which counts as one cycle. The tool is then left idle for one minute before repeating the process until the battery is consumed. These tools accept all Jiffy JMI attachments (check applicable torque range).
