The Mini-Flushplate, with its multiple interchangeable abrasive heads, is one of the most versatile tool systems available today. Employing the 3M Roto Peen hub, the Mini-Flushplate performs like a hand-held controlled shot blast machine capable of achieving SSPC Sp.11 cleanliness and is NAVSEA approved. The hammer hub, when used, performs like a high speed needle scaler. The cutter hub is the most aggressive and is capable of removing non-skid and even scarifying concrete.

Desco’s Mini-Flushplate and FX Tool were designed as an innovative solution for applications previously requiring multiple tools. The Desco Mini-Flushplate enables the operator to make up a number of tools by simply changing out the abrasive hub. Whether removing rust and corrosion, heavy coatings or providing a mechanical shot blast profile, the Desco Mini-Flushplate are capable of tackling all these applications with a simple head change. Desco Mini-Flushplate also include engineering controls that enable safe use in the most hazardous environments, including lead abatement and even radioactive decontamination.
