As part of this initiative, CTG has strengthened its Industrial Tools Sales Division with key additions who will lead regional growth and deepen our distributor relationships.
Strategic Sales Talent Joining CTG Industrial
Ramon Aguilar (Joined September 22, 2025) – Regional Sales Manager, Industrial Division brings over a decade of proven results in the metalworking and distribution sectors. His expertise in driving measurable sales growth and cultivating high-impact distributor partnerships will be pivotal as CTG expands its reach in the Midwest territory. Ramon’s technical knowledge and customer-first approach will help position CTG as a preferred partner in both emerging and established markets.
Sam Wacha (Joined August 17, 2025) – Regional Sales Manager, Industrial Division, will lead CTG’s sales expansion of pneumatic tools across the Southern U.S., empowering distributors, and end users to achieve new levels of productivity, reliability, and profitability.
Strengthening Our Industrial Sales Leadership Team
They join Jeff Barnett, a respected Regional Sales Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the pneumatic and industrial tools industry. Jeff’s leadership and deep customer relationships have been instrumental to CTG’s national growth and continued market strength.
This expanding team operates under the strategic direction of Mark Mueller, Director, North America Industrial Division, whose 35+ years of leadership continue to drive CTG’s vision for long-term sales growth, operational excellence, and market leadership.
Aerospace Division Update
As CTG strengthens its sales organization, Matt Siciliano transitions from the Industrial Division to CTG Aerospace (Jiffy Air Tool), leveraging his expertise in pneumatic drilling and fastener installation tools and application support to accelerate CTG’s penetration of the global aerospace assembly market.
