Numatx patented pneudraulic riveting system sets a new standard in aerospace and industrial compression riveting. Numatx riveters offer great ergonomic advantages in comparison to air only powered compression riveters. They are smaller, lighter, quieter and more versatile for ease of operator use.

The Numatx line of riveters are manufactured in the U.S.A. These units are built from high quality aircraft grade materials, with parts made on CNC machining centers and features held to close tolerances, for years of dependable operation. Customers such as Delta Airlines, Honda Aircraft and Northrop Grumman value the ergonomic advantages which lower operator fatigue and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).

The Numatx Compression Riveter System is composed of two primary components: 1) The Hand-held Riveting Head, and 2) The Pressure Intensifier. These primary components are separated by a flexible hydraulic hose, which supplies hydraulic fluid under pressure from the Pressure Intensifier to the Riveting head.

Numatx currently offers two different types of Riveting heads: 1) Alligator and 2) C-Squeezer. Alligator heads are characterized by generally longer reach jaws which swing thru a slight arc. C-Squeezers are characterized by C-shaped yokes which can be interchanged into the C-Squeezer unit with bolts or quick pins. C-squeezers have a compression pin which moves in a linear direction to the rivet to be squeezed.
