The JIFFY Air Tool product line is designed, engineered, machined and assembled in Carson City, Nevada, USA. Offering top-notch quality products that are built-to-last and priced competitively make JIFFY Air Tool hard to beat.
- Drilling Tools – JIFFY Air Tool pioneered the “Modular Tool” platform for drill motors and attachments (JMD). This platform allows JIFFY motors to accept a wide variety of drill attachments to meet customers’ limited access requirements.
- Installation tools – JIFFY also offers a modular platform for installation tools (JMI). With this system, JIFFY installation motors are compatible with a variety of installation attachments, providing adaptable solutions for challenging, hard-to-reach applications.
- Torque Control Tools – JIFFY provides an expanded line of precision torque control shut-off tools. Models available include straight and offset designs. These units are designed for fasteners requiring precise, repeatable torque with minimal torque reaction. Tested to Six Sigma torque standards.
- Customized Removal Kits – JIFFY offers Hi-Lok® Removal Kits designed for efficient removal of Hi-Lok, Hi-Lite®, Eddie Bolt®, and Huck® threaded collars. These kits feature interchangeable motors, drills, and installation attachments, allowing you to customize the setup to meet your specific application needs.
- Nutplate Drill – The JIFFY Nutplate drill is a pneudraulic hand tool specially made for precise drilling and countersinking 2 holes simultaneously for the eventual attachment of nutplate fasteners. Can be configured to operate at 600 or 6,000 RPM and offers a wide range of configurations to accommodate various nutplate fasteners.
- JCR Series Compression Riveter – Introducing the new JIFFY JCR Series Compression Riveters, the most powerful and lightweight in the industry. Available in a variety of standard alligator jaw reaches & C-yoke styles.
